When Florida voters overwhelmingly passed the Water and Land Conservation Amendment 1, they sent a loud and clear message to policy-makers – preserve and protect what remains of Florida’s amazing waterways and precious open spaces.

In the next few days, legislators will decide whether or not to respect or ignore the will of 75% of Florida voters who passed Amendment 1, the Water and Land Conservation Amendment, last November.
On June 1st, legislators will return for a special session and get a “do over” to put together the state budget. Rally in your community May 30th and tell your legislators to “Finish The Job” and fund Amendment 1.
Write your state legislators today: demand Amendment 1 funding be used as intended: for water and land conservation, not politicians’ pet projects.
