ST. PETERSBURG – Progress Florida executive director Mark Ferrulo made the following statement in response to Gov. Rick Scott Administration’s announcement of proposed changes to Florida election law in light of the 2012 election fiasco created by Gov. Scott and the Florida legislature:

FLORIDA – Because Florida leaders have stalled implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) for the last 2 ½ years, health advocates and consumers have concerns about the quality of the required health insurance exchange as well as the level of consumer input and transparency that will be involved.
