Thirty-two days. That’s how long the Floridians Protecting Freedom (FPF) campaign has to reach the petition collection goal for the 2024 ballot initiative. Every day counts to protect abortion access in Florida.
At this critical time, we’re making sure you know about the Statewide Organizing Call THIS Thursday at 6pm where FPF leaders will share the latest campaign updates and provide a chance for volunteers to connect on a regional level.
As of this week, FPF announced that petitions are no longer needed from all parts of the state. Instead, petition collection efforts should be entirely focused on specific targeted Congressional Districts (see chart below).
Can we count on you to join us in this final push to get abortion access on Florida’s ballot?
• RSVP for the Thursday Statewide Organizing Call at 6pm: Get the latest updates, insider tips, and strategize with other volunteers and leaders near you. Learn how to get involved in phone banks, as well as texting/email campaigns, aimed at voters in targeted Congressional Districts.
• Collect petitions in the targeted Congressional Districts: Head out to events, send personal texts, and hustle to get signatures in key parts of the state that are required for the campaign to qualify for the ballot.
