Organizing Turf Lead (SEIU Healthcare Florida)

Summary
Provide support to 3-5 organizers in moving members to action, increasing membership and COPE through leadership development, help internal organizing team prioritize competing priorities and tracking member activism, conduct pre-scheduled regular one-on-ones with each internal organizer, and lead team meetings.

Qualifications
Ability to organize members to building shop floor power, increase capacity, and growth through leadership development. Requires a high level of judgment, leadership and commitment to the goals of the Union.

Preferences
